Terms of Service

1. Purchasing an Online Course

When purchasing an online course, you are required to provide complete and accurate information. A legally binding agreement occurs when:

• TGE sends an order confirmation email, and
• TGE receives full Course Fee payment

2. Payment

All amounts payable are in Singapore Dollars. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the customer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

TGE may cancel courses and provide pro-rata refunds at our discretion. However, all sales of the Online Courses on the Website once made are final and are non-refundable.

A free mini-course may be available for 30 days to help you evaluate our content before purchase.

4. Online Course Content and Access Terms

Course access is personal and non-transferable. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior and reserve the right to monitor IP addresses and terminate access when necessary.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials without explicit written permission.

5. Technical Support and Access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. TGE is not responsible for internet disruptions, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control that may affect your ability to access course materials.

6. Warranties

We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results from our courses. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that course content is completely error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

TGE excludes liability for indirect losses and limits responsibility for:

• Loss of income
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of anticipated savings
• Consequential or indirect damages

Exceptions apply for cases involving fraud, personal injury, or other matters where liability cannot be legally excluded.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services in accordance with applicable laws
• Not upload or share harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Not reproduce, exploit, or resell course materials
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law, and Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
