Vectors - Vector Addition

Secondary 4

A helicopter flies \(20\) km from the starting point \(O\) on a bearing of \(95^\circ\) to reach \(P\). From \(P\) it flies another \(30\) km on a bearing of \(250^\circ\) to \(Q\). From \(Q\) it then returns \(O\) directly. Find

  1. the position vector of \(P\) relative to \(O\).
  2. the distance of \(OQ\).
  3. the bearing of \(Q\) from \(O\).
  4. the position vector of \(Q\) relative to \(O\).
