Two legs of a drone flight on given bearings: direct distance by the cosine rule and the return bearing

A drone flies \(30\text{ km}\) from its base \(P\) on a bearing of \(110^\circ\) to a point \(Q\). It then flies \(45\text{ km}\) on a bearing of \(230^\circ\) to a point \(R\).

  1. Find the distance \(PR\).[4]
  2. Find the bearing of \(R\) from \(P\).[2]
