A tank of capacity \(260\) litres is filled at \(10\) litres per minute for \(10\) minutes. The rate is then increased to \(15\) litres per minute until the tank is full.

1. Draw a volume–time graph for the filling process.
2. Calculate the total time taken to fill the tank.
