A straight access ramp rises \(85\) cm over a horizontal distance of \(650\) cm. On a scale drawing, the lower end is represented by \(A(0,0)\) and the upper end by \(B(650,85)\).

1. Find the gradient of \(AB\).
2. The design limit is a gradient not exceeding \(0.125\). State, with a reason, whether the ramp satisfies the limit.
