Three siblings, Mei, Ravi and Sofia, wanted to purchase a tablet for their mother. Mei paid twice as much as Sofia and Ravi paid an amount three times the sum of Mei's and Sofia's contributions.

1. Given that Sofia paid \(x\) dollars, write down an expression, in terms of \(x\), for the amount Mei paid.
2. If their budget for the tablet is not more than $360, write down an inequality in \(x\) and solve it.
3. Hence, state the maximum possible amount of money Ravi paid.
