A particle moves along a straight line. Its displacement, \(s\) metres, from a fixed point is given by \(s=2t^3-15t^2+36t\), where \(t\) is the time in seconds and \(0\leq t\leq4\).

  1. Find the initial velocity of the particle.[1]
  2. Find the times at which the particle is instantaneously at rest.[2]
  3. Determine the intervals for which the particle is decelerating.[3]
  4. Calculate the total distance travelled by the particle in the first \(4\) seconds.[3]
