The matrices \(\mathbf{A} = \begin{pmatrix} 2q^2 + 5q - 10 & -3 \\ 6 & 3 \end{pmatrix}\) and \(\mathbf{B} = \begin{pmatrix} 2 & -3 \\ 6 & 3p^2 - 4p - 8 \end{pmatrix}\) are equal. Find the possible values of \(p\) and \(q\). If the answer is not exact, correct the answer to \(3\) significant figures.
