The figure below is made up of two intersecting circles. The points \(A\) and \(B\) lie on the circumference of the circles. The larger circle has centre \(C\), \(AC = BC = 16\) cm and \(\angle ACB = 0.85\) radians.

  1. Calculate the area of the shaded segment.
The smaller circle, with centre \(D\), cuts the first circle at \(A\) and \(B\).
The radius of the smaller circle is \(12\) cm.
  2. Calculate, in radians, \(\angle ADB\).
  3. Calculate the perimeter of the sector \(ADB\).
