In addition, a GST of \(7\%\) and a commission of \(2.5\%\) were charged on basic cost price of the car. The total bill, including the COE, GST and commission, came to \(\$88\,282.76\). Calculate
- the basic cost price of the car,
- the amount of GST,
- the ratio of the commission to the basic cost price of the car in the lowest term.
