A rectangular swimming pool is \(15\) m long, \(8\) m wide and \(0.9\) m deep. On one end of the pool, along the width, a flight of three steps is built. Each step is \(0.3\) m in height and \(0.4\) m in width. Calculate the volume of water that is needed to fill the pool completely.
