The diagram shows part of the graph of \(y=\mathrm{f}(x)\), where \(\mathrm{f}(x)=p\sin(qx+r)+s\), and \(p\), \(q\), \(r\) and \(s\) are constants with \(p>0\), \(q>0\) and \(0<r<2\pi\). The graph has a maximum point at \(\left(\frac{\pi}{6},\,5\right)\), and the first minimum point to the right of it is \(\left(\frac{2\pi}{3},\,-1\right)\).

Find the values of \(p\), \(q\), \(r\) and \(s\).[6]
