  1. For this question, you may use these results:
    \(\sum\limits_{r=1}^{n}{{{r}^{2}}}=\frac{n(n+1)(2n+1)}{6}\) and \(\sum\limits_{r=1}^{n}{{{r}^{3}}}=\frac{{{n}^{2}}{{(n+1)}^{2}}}{4}\).
    1. Show that \(\sum\limits_{r=1}^{n}{r}{{(r+1)}^{2}}=\frac{n(n+1)(n+2)(3n+5)}{12}\).[3]
    2. Hence find \(\sum\limits_{r=5}^{n-1}{(r+2)}{{(r+3)}^{2}}\) in terms of \(n\).[3]
  2. The sequence \({{u}_{1}},{{u}_{2}},{{u}_{3}},\ldots \) is defined by \({{u}_{1}}=2\), \({{u}_{n+1}}=\frac{1}{1-{{u}_{n}}}\), \(n\ge 1\).
Find the values of \({{u}_{2}}\), \({{u}_{3}}\) and \({{u}_{4}}\). Hence find the value of \({{u}_{2025}}\).[3]

Answer:\(\frac{n(n+1)(n+2)(3n+5)}{12}\), \(\frac{(n+1)(n+2)(n+3)(3n+8)}{12} - 644\), \(u_{2025} = \frac{1}{2}\)
