The widths of belt buckles sold in a retail shop have a normal distribution. Over a period of time, it is found that \(60\)% of the belt buckles have width more than \(25\) mm and \(15\)% of the belt buckles have width less than \(24\) mm. Calculate the mean and variance of the distribution.[4]
