A bag contains red chips, blue chips and green chips. A chip is picked at random from the bag. The probability that the chip is blue is \(\frac{3}{5}\). The probability that the chip is green is \(\frac{4}{15}\). Find the probability that the chip is red.

Another bag contains \(6\) pink chips and \(12\) yellow chips. More pink chips are added to the bag. The probability of picking a yellow chip from the bag at random is now \(\frac{1}{4}\). Find the number of pink chips added to the bag.
