If \(\mathrm{P , R}\) and \(\mathrm{S}\) form a straight line, angle \(QSR = y^{\circ}\) and \(RS = 5\) cm, show that \(y^{\circ} = \sin^{-1}{ \left(\frac{4}{\sqrt{17}} \right) } \).
