  1. Find the exact solution of the inequality \(\frac{2x+1}{{{x}^{2}}-1}\le 1\).[3]
  2. (b) A curve \(G\) has equation \(a{{y}^{2}}+b{{x}^{3}}+cx=2\), where \(a\), \(b\) and \(c\) are constants. It is given that \(G\) passes through the point \(\left( 1,\sqrt{3} \right)\) and the gradient at the point \((-1.1)\) is \(-\frac{3}{2}\). Find the equation of the curve \(G\).[4]
