It is given that [latex]\text{f}\left( x \right)=\left\{ \begin{matrix}4-2x\text{   for   }0<x\le 2,  \\-{{(x-4)}^{2}}+4\text{    for   }2<x\le 4,  \\\end{matrix} \right.[/latex]

and [latex]\text{f}\left( x \right)=\text{f}\left( x +4 \right)[/latex] for all real values of [latex]x[/latex].

(i)

Evaluate [latex]\text{f}\left( 17 \right)+\text{f}\left( -8 \right)[/latex].

(ii)

Sketch the graph of [latex]y=\text{f}\left( x \right)[/latex] for [latex]-10\le x\le 7[/latex].
