Unit 13.1 Worked Example 1

The position vectors of two points [latex]A[/latex] and [latex]B[/latex] are [latex]\left( 3\mathbf{i}-\mathbf{j}+4\mathbf{k} \right)[/latex] and [latex]\left( 2\mathbf{i}+\mathbf{j}+2\mathbf{k} \right)[/latex] respectively. Points [latex]A[/latex], [latex]B[/latex] and [latex]C[/latex] are collinear. Given that point [latex]C[/latex] is [latex]6[/latex] units away from [latex]A[/latex] , find the possible position vectors of [latex]C[/latex].
